Midnight CLub: LA is indeed the most underrated game of 2008 and this game is SUPERBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB. i ve bought it on launch day and only completed about 88%. No one talks about this amazing title, R* really did their thing in this game. Doin 223+ with nitro flyin out ur mufflers using ROAR is like a freaking dream.

yea advertisement helps but if my memory serves me correctly, Sony never been big on tv ads and such. Their word-of-mouth technique proved most satisfying.
